Pre-Review Stage

According to current quality improvement regulations, all submissions will be assigned to the pre-review stage at the editorial desk before being submitted to scientific editors and peer-reviewers. The pre-review stage includes review of the manuscript scope, format, and submission file requirements. All manuscripts that do not meet the requirements will be rejected at this stage.
